CONCRETE REPAIRS UNDERWAY
Concrete roadway repair on the west end hill will begin on Thursday, November 6. By Thursday morning ALL residents in Units 77 - 96 will need to have their vehicles up the hill, past the construction area. By noon on Thursday it will be difficult to move your vehicle up the hill and by noon Friday it may be impossible as the road will likely be completely impassable.
The contractor will push the project along as fast as possible, but it will likely be at least a week before we can drive back down the hill. Please advise your neighbors of this communication.
The east end roadway drainage work will likely begin early the week of November 17. Parking in front of Units 11-14 will be affected. Details to follow when known.
