The Water’s Edge Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, March 21 at 10:00 AM at The Eagle’s Nest.
Social Hour begins at 9:00 AM — come early to connect with your neighbors before the meeting starts.
If you’re unable to attend, a proxy form has been sent via email so your vote can still be counted. Please be sure to complete and return it if you can’t make it in person.

PSA Dues Payment Emails-Clarification
Just to clarify, the PSA is not changing platforms to CINC. Payments will continue to be processed through AppFolio.
You may continue paying your PSA dues the same way you have been:
- If you have automatic withdrawal set up through your bank, it will continue unchanged.
- If you pay through AppFolio, you may continue using that platform.
- If mailing a payment, please send it to:
